How it Works
Our site allows booking of rentals starting from 10 nights (11 days) in Costa Blanca.
Due to new law introduced since 2024 stays for over 10 days cannot no longer be booked on websites providing stays for touristic reasons for 10 days or shorter. This website only provides stays starting from 11 days.
Guests: Use the Search option to find your Perfect Rental Accommodation. After reading the full description of the Rental including all expected rental and deposit fees, simply choose the dates in the calendar to proceed with your Booking. Fill in personal details for each guest (up to 5 currently allowed) leaving the other fields blank and pay the booking fee (30% of overall) after which an email confirmation will be received. Booking reservation takes place once all guest data is provided. Additionally the fee is to be received to our bank account within the EU (accepted currency is euro) within max. 1 working days therefore payment must be made on the same day of booking. Online banking options will be added soon, only direct bank transfers are accepted at this time. Schedule your arrival time with your Landlord prior to arrival. On your arrival date please send us a response via whatsapp/email/or text if everything is according to the description (if not please provide screens and/or pictures), if everything is as expected agree to planned payment dates of the remianing fee (and other deposit fee also, if applicable ) per the Acommodation description listed on our website) to your Landlord when signing rental papers and enjoy!

Accommodation Providers (only B2B currently): Posting accommodation on this website is free of charge, only operational fee is deducted from each booking reservation.
Please copy the all fields from the next sentence in your word document to ensure all details are provided when submitting your Accommodation.
Send your advertisement with Accommodation Name in the e-mail title to over10dayscostablanca@gmail.com along with a full description details including at minimum: a maximum 10 word excerpt about the location surrounding your rental, booked calendar dates to date for future dates (any new dates afterwards should be sent via email with Accomodation name in title within 24hrs of external bookings) if no calendar file for synchronization is provided, any additonal fees required by you must be stated in the description (please remember about deposits required by local laws requiring a minimum deposit of the same total amount of stay (29 days stay or less) or a month’s rent for stays longer than 30 days) , price* per night per length of stay and/or high/low season where high is 15Apr to 15Oct), exact location including apartment number (if applicable) postal code, city, number of bedrooms (number and types of beds single or double), distance from sea, size in m2 of the accommocation., maximum number of guests, NRA and SES registration numers and information to enable identifying your accommodation, iCal file Url (s) to enable calendar synchronization if needed from other OTAs, Entity details, is internet connection is available at the Accommodation, and 3-6 pictures of the Accommodation, Euro account details for euro transfers, how many buffer calendar days do you need between bookings (if applicable), how many days in advance from any present date may a guest book your Accommodation (if applicable) if you agree or not to property promotion by us through social media channels (Facebook, Tik Tok) -please ensure all details are included as editing the advert can take place once annually at this time. Please ensure a statement is included in your email that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
It is advised personal data is sent via password protected attachement and password submitted via whatsapp with Accommodation name (To add a password to a Word document, open the file, click File_>Info->Protect Document, select Encrypt with Password, enter password twice and save). If information is missing the ad cannot be published and one attempt will be made to contact you regarding any missing information. When a reservation is confirmed you will receive an email and whatsapp message regarding booking of your rental to register your guest(s) in SES hospedajes within the required timelines. Please contact your guest to schedule arrival time at least 1 or 2 days prior to arrival. Receive the booking fee paid to your euro account minus operational fee of 50% from the booking fee (booking fee: 30% of overall fee for entire stay)upon guest confirmation that the rental meets the information provided in description and receipt. Our provision from overall price for stay is 15% (50% of the booking fee). In case of documented proof property failing to match description (pictures do not match accomodation, equipment and utilties not matching the description, fees not matching the description, location not matching the description or noshow the property within 8 hrs will be deleted permanently from this website).Please be sure to check out our Terms and Conditions in the footer for more details.
