Provided 26 m2: storage space closet in the hallway and dresser, basic cleaning and laundry equipment, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, tv, dvd, fridge, hairdryer, utensils also some glasses and plates, pots, pan, laundry machine, dining table, terrace, a/c and heating, free parking, smoking is allowed only outdoors.
Rental for a fixed period chosen by tenant from 11 nights to 11 months according to the options below:
– 11 nights to 29 nights. 78 (price alread includes any sales tax) euro/night. Deposit equal to fee paid for stay (returnable within max. 14 days from key return date provided no damage or missing elements in the studio; non-refundable in case of standby due to no-show or cancellation).Pets are allowed in case which a fee of 50 eur o is added to the fee.
– From 1 to 3 months. Monthly rent 660 euro monthly (including any sales taxes) plus utility bills (usually less than 65 euros monthly but depending on use). Booking fee is 1month rent (deducted from first months rent and non-refundable in case of standby due to no-show within a week of planned start date or cancellation within 3 months time from rental start date ) . Rent deposit payable when signing the rental agreement is 2 months rent half in cash, half wired (returnable within max. 30 days from key return date provided no damage or missing elements in the studio; ).Pets are allowed in case which a fee of 50 euros monthly to be added to monthly fee.
– From 4 to 11 months. Monthly rent 635 euro monthly (any sales tax is included in price) plus utility bills, local tax and administration fee (usually less than 65 euros monthly but depending on utility use). Booking fee is 1month rent (deducted from first months rent and non-refundable in case of standby due to no-show within a week of planned start date or cancellation within 3 months time from rental start date) . Rent deposit payable when signing the rental agreement is 2 months rent half in cash, half wired (returnable within max. 30 days from key return date provided no damage or missing elements in the studio). Please also note that bookings for 11 nights or more in our region is now not permitted by law through known tourist platforms like booking and airbnb for the Valencia, this type of rent is only allowed through platforms that do not promote rental for 10 days or less.
